About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to own and evolve our core platforms, optimizing how systems perform today while embedding AI and automation to unlock measurable business impact. This is a high-leverage role designed for someone who thrives on taking complex, real-world systems and making them run better, faster, and more intelligently. You will navigate operational constraints and work across cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into high-impact, shipped solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Roadmap & Strategy: Own end-to-end roadmap definition and execution across core enterprise platforms, balancing feature enhancements with system optimization.
• AI & Automation Integration: Identify high-value opportunities to embed practical AI and automation into workflows to reduce manual work and improve speed.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with engineering, data analytics, operations, and client-facing teams to align product strategy with business requirements.
• Operational Excellence: Modernize and streamline complex platform architecture to improve system performance, usability, reliability, and cross-system connectivity.
• Metrics & Business Impact: Define, track, and drive key product performance metrics (KPIs) directly tied to business outcomes, efficiency, and revenue.
• Product Execution: Transform ambiguous business problems into clear technical requirements, user stories, and actionable delivery plans.

Qualifications

• Experience: 4+ years of dedicated Product Management experience owning complex systems, platform architectures, or end-to-end products.
• Applied AI Experience: Practical background evaluating and implementing AI, machine learning, or workflow automation tools where they create tangible business value.
• Data & Analytics: Strong analytical orientation with a track record of using data to drive roadmap prioritization, measure success, and optimize processes.
• Domain Knowledge (Preferred): Prior experience in martech, adtech, data-heavy platforms, or retail/marketplace environments is a strong plus.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
