State Government + Health & Human Services + Integrated Eligibility Systems (IES) experience is mandatory.

🔥 MUST HAVE

10+ years of Product Management experience with integrated or complex systems
6+ years in a leadership role as a Product Management Specialist
1+ year of experience in Health & Human Services, specifically Integrated Eligibility Systems (IES) programs such as PA, TA, SNAP, HEAP, Fair Hearings, Child Support, etc.
10+ years of experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban
7+ years managing and prioritizing product backlogs
Experience building technical products from ideation through launch
Strong experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
Strong stakeholder communication and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
