Job Purpose: This position implements marketing strategies and develops high impact marketing tactics to meet corporate objectives. Responsibilities: Marketing Execution Meet or exceed net sales, volume and P&L targets Help to support the awareness, consideration, and adoption of products Implement marketing strategy including assisting in the planning, development, and implementation of product marketing plan; will include personal and non-personal marketing initiatives and other strategies and tactics for building brand awareness, trial, and usage in a highly competitive market Assist in managing portions of the marketing department budget Collaborates with internal Marketing and Sales Training staff to develop training programs. Observe the performance of sales representatives in the field on a regular basis. Contribute to Marketing Plans and participate in the planning and execution of national sales meetings Stay current and in compliance both individually and as a department. This includes all Corporate Policies as well as mandated government Regulations May perform other duties as assigned Education & Professional Background: BS/BA degree in marketing, business, or life sciences required; MBA preferred 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience preferred 3 years pharmaceutical product management experience in specialty markets Demonstrated ability to develop and expand relationships with key customers and key stakeholders Strong analytical and business acumen Strong knowledge of the evolving changes within the pharmaceutical industry Product Launch experience preferred Competencies: High Productivity – Produces consistent, high quality and quantity of outputs and meaningful results that contribute to the mission and strategic goals of the organization.
