Evaluate patient journey analytics and utilization data to identify digital friction points, optimizing self-service, and engagement touchpoints. Build data-driven business cases and financial impact models to justify strategic feature enablement, system enhancements, and new platform investments. Author comprehensive product requirements, user stories, and feature acceptance criteria to guide analysts, configuration teams, and deployment partners. Collaborate with enterprise partners and leaders to ensure MyChart capabilities seamlessly integrate into the broader consumer digital experience ecosystem. What minimum requirements you’ll need Education: High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred. What additional preferences we're seeking Minimum of 5 years of progressive product management experience managing, optimizing, or governing Epic Systems and MyChart platforms in a complex healthcare environment. Epic MyChart Certification or documented Proficiency. Deep understanding of digital product management methodologies, product analytics, backlog prioritization frameworks, and Epic Interconnect APIs/interoperability standards.
