At memberio, we're building the platform NPOs actually deserve — one home for members, events, invoicing, donations, and communications, instead of five disconnected tools. We're looking for a Product Manager to help decide what we build next, make sure it lands well with the people using it — and step in with sales when a deal needs product firepower to close.
You'll be working closely day-to-day with the development team and the CPO. The role is remote-friendly, with occasional travel to Jyväskylä, Finland.
This is one of the best times to join us. We're shifting into the next gear — sharpening the product so it's genuinely ready for new NPO markets across Europe and the Nordics. We're not a startup, but we're not a company stuck in its own ways either. There's always room for change that makes us better, and this role will help drive it.
● The main product — memberio platform and the self-service portal (memberportal) — as it is in production today.
● The roadmap in motion — turning strategy into specs developers can actually build from.
● The bridge between product, sales, and customer support, so nobody's ever surprised by what's shipping.
● Documentation and launch readiness — making sure customers can find and use what we build, from day one to year three.
● A direct line into what customers actually experience — usage data, feedback, and UX calls that shape what comes next.
● Customer-facing moments — joining sales calls as backup when a prospect needs real product depth or demo to say yes.
● You've scoped product work before — specs, backlogs, requirements — and developers were glad you did.
● You're comfortable in front of customers, not just behind the scenes — confident holding your own on a sales call.
● You're driving the AI wave — genuinely curious, and quick to put AI to real use in your own work.
● You write well for two very different audiences: engineers and end users, with a real eye for UI/UX writing.
● You understand how software gets built, even if you've never written a line of code yourself.
● English is our working language — Nordic languages are a genuine plus, not a requirement.
● You like being close to a small, fast-moving team more than sitting above one.
● Nordic, NPO-focused, or SaaS/B2B experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
