The purpose of this position is to help bring God's children unto Jesus Christ by increasing understanding of His Church and its divinely appointed responsibilities of assisting in gathering Israel on both sides of the veil and preparing the world for the Second Coming of the Savior. The Product Manager 2 is an intermediate level role that creates and manages products that reach a variety of audiences with the purpose of furthering the mission of the Church by inviting all to come unto Christ. The focus of the Product Manager is on meeting the needs of the customer audience. Understand unmet customer and audience needs, preferences, pain points, and business objectives. Balance stakeholder requirements with customer needs while aligning product investments with organizational priorities. Establish and maintain a prioritized backlog of product requirements and partner with Product Owners to define product vision, objectives, and roadmaps. Prioritize customer and business needs to maximize product value and outcomes. Serve as the product ambassador, leading cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, technology teams, service departments, and vendors. Manage the entire product lifecycle, including planning, implementation, enhancement, adoption, support, and retirement. Lead product launch and adoption efforts for targeted audiences. Develop product communication, messaging, and positioning for key audiences. Establish, monitor, and report product success metrics, customer adoption, and operational outcomes. Collaborate with business analysts, development teams, and vendors to translate requirements into product capabilities. Support product governance, continuous improvement, and business process optimization. Manage inventory levels to meet supply and demand. Required: Bachelor's degree required in business, marketing, communications, or related discipline 5 years of related experience with demonstrated ability to solve unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority. Ability to define and create exceptional customer experiences with products. Excellent ability to build productive and effective relationships where conflicting objectives may exist. To successfully perform the essential functions of the job there may be physical requirements which need to be met such as sitting for long periods of time and using computer monitors/equipment. Preferred: Master's degree. Experience with IBM TRIRIGA or other integrated workplace management systems Knowledge of data governance, reporting, and business process improvement methodologies Experience leading enterprise technology implementations and operational transformations
