We are looking for a Product Manager to join our New Horizons team to take full ownership of high-impact, early-stage product initiatives . You will be responsible for driving product strategy, delivery, and outcomes end to end , collaborating with engineering and cross-functional teams including data, design, payments, risk, and marketing. The role is ideal for a PM who thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments, and has a data-driven, outcomes-focused mindset. This is a high-impact role , offering the opportunity to influence product direction, define priorities, and shape the way we deliver value to users across multiple initiatives. Key areas of focus include: -Smooth localization across multiple markets, including language, currency, payments, and user flows. -Strong analytics and data-driven decision-making. -Customer retention, especially for high-frequency products where repeat usage drives growth and profitability. Responsibilities Own product initiatives end to end, including strategy, roadmap, execution, and outcomes. Work closely with engineers to deliver features and improvements efficiently and iteratively. Define, monitor, and act on key metrics to evaluate performance and inform decisions. Run experiments and tests to validate hypotheses and optimize product performance. Make prioritization decisions under constraints, balancing impact, effort, and business goals. Collaborate cross-functionally with risk, payments, data, design, commerce, and marketing teams to ensure smooth delivery.
