Position: Product Manager - ArrowSphere Cloud & AI Job Description: Product Manager – ArrowSphere Cloud Platform Are you looking to join a dynamic, DevOps-driven team within a large organization that still operates with a start-up mindset? Within the Cloud & AI division , you will join the Product team responsible for driving the evolution of the ArrowSphere platform and accelerating the adoption of cloud and AI technologies across the distribution ecosystem. Your Mission As a Product Manager for ArrowSphere Cloud , you will own the product lifecycle end-to-end. You will define, prioritize, and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs—particularly around cloud distribution and AI-driven innovation. Key Responsibilities Product Management Define and drive the ArrowSphere Cloud product roadmap aligned with strategic goals Gather, prioritize, and translate user needs into product requirements Work closely with engineering, DevOps, and UX teams to deliver high-value features Monitor product performance (KPIs, adoption, usage) and continuously optimize Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product initiatives Cloud Distribution & AI Strategy Contribute to the evolution of cloud distribution models Integrate and promote AI / GenAI capabilities within the platform Identify opportunities to enhance business processes through AI Support adoption of AI-driven solutions across the distribution value chain Stakeholder Management Collaborate with cross-functional teams: sales, marketing, finance, operations, support Engage with cloud vendors and strategic partners Ensure alignment across stakeholders and drive effective communication Support RFPs and contribute to positioning ArrowSphere in strategic opportunities Go-To-Market & Product Marketing Support go-to-market strategies for new features and offerings Develop and maintain product assets (presentations, demos, documentation) Partner with marketing teams to drive demand generation (campaigns, events, content) Ensure proper communication of product releases internally and externally Training & Enablement Train internal teams (sales, support, business development) Enable partners and customers to effectively use the platform Create training materials and educational content Drive change management and foster adoption of new tools and processes Profile Minimum 10 years of experience as a Product Manager Strong experience in cloud distribution (vendor, distributor, or partner ecosystem) Strong interest and understanding of Artificial Intelligence / GenAI topics Solid understanding of cloud platforms, APIs, and digital ecosystems Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Comfortable working in an international environment Languages: Fluent English (mandatory) French (minimum B2 level) Required Skills Product Management (roadmap, discovery, delivery) Cloud ecosystem and distribution models AI / GenAI (functional understanding expected) Tools: Jira, Confluence, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint UX / Design tools: Figma, Balsamiq, Adobe XD or equivalent Recruitment Process HR Interview Interview with Global Product Manager Interview with CTO Cloud & AI Benefits Mostly remote position 50% public transportation reimbursement Health insurance included Works council benefits 10 additional RTT days per year Do you see yourself as our future colleague?
