Product Manager - Clearing and Settlement

Responsibilities Responsible for product design and delivery of the company's TradFi clearing and settlement platform Lead the product development roadmap and execution for the TradFi clearing and settlement platform, focusing on backend capabilities Lead the design of full lifecycle management: trade reconciliation, non-trade reconciliation, anomaly detection, error handling, and settlement Define and monitor key system and business metrics (e.g., false positive rate, processing time, reliability), and advance continuous optimization through data and experimentation Partner with engineering, product managers, spot operations, futures operations, treasury, and finance teams to design robust systems for settlement, reconciliation, and fund flow management Collaborate with external stakeholders to integrate systems and investigate issues Act as a hands-on contributor, taking initiative to identify system/process gaps and driving end-to-end execution in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Requirements 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in clearing & settlement, fintech, or platform/infrastructure products Background in Accountancy and/or Finance is an advantage Deep understanding of settlement, reconciliation, ledger systems, or fund flow design Familiarity with backend system design and APIs; comfortable working closely with engineering teams on system architecture Data-driven and analytical mindset, with experience using metrics to guide product decisions Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects in a global or multi-region environment Demonstrated ownership and structured thinking, with ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment Excellent communication skills to work with multiple stakeholders Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to coordinate with external partners and stakeholders Why Binance • Shape the future with the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem • Collaborate with world-class talent in a user-centric global organization with a flat structure • Tackle unique, fast-paced projects with autonomy in an innovative environment • Thrive in a results-driven workplace with opportunities for career growth and continuous learning • Competitive salary and company benefits • Work-from-home arrangement (the arrangement may vary depending on the work nature of the business team) Binance is committed to being an equal opportunity employer.
