Product Manager Engine Oils

Location: Hazelwood, Derby Type: Permanent | Hybrid How You’ll Make an Impact In this role, you will be the strategic driver behind a key European Heavy Duty Engine Oils additive and viscosity modifier portfolio. You will define and execute product, pricing, and positioning strategies that strengthen Lubrizol’s competitive position in the market. By becoming the authority on customer needs, regulatory developments, and industry trends, you will help shape our product roadmap and ensure commercial success. Your collaboration with OEMs, customers, and cross‑functional teams will directly influence product development, market penetration, and long‑term portfolio growth. From introduction through to end‑of‑life, you will lead the full product lifecycle to deliver value for our customers and the business.
