Requirements: 5+ years of experience in product management; Experience in HR-tech, workforce management, or attendance/access control systems is a big advantage. Proven ability to write high-level product specifications, including Low-Level Design (LLD) documents. Strategic, big-picture thinker Hands-on experience building a product or at least a full module from the ground up. Strong project leadership and management skills, with a track record of driving cross-functional teams to deliver on time.
