As a Fashion Buyer , you’ll help shape assortments that bring our brand vision to life while delivering strong commercial results. You’ll combine your eye for fashion and emerging trends with a strong understanding of sales, margin and customer insights to make smart product decisions throughout the season. Reporting to the Director, Merchandising , you’ll work closely with Design, Planning & Allocation, Sourcing, Marketing and Visual Merchandising to build and commercialize assortments that are relevant, inspiring and right for our customer. What You’ll Do Build compelling seasonal assortments that reflect the PENN. customer, brand direction and key fashion trends. Partner with Planning & Allocation to determine quantities, product flow and inventory needs by channel and store profile. Analyze sales, margin, inventory and product performance to identify opportunities and make informed in-season decisions. Manage your business with a strong focus on sales, gross margin, inventory productivity and profitability. Develop pricing strategies that balance customer value, competitive positioning and margin objectives. Manage the seasonal buying calendar, ensuring key milestones and deliverables are met.
