Position Summary Delinea is seeking a Product Manager to own discovery for our identity security platform, the pipeline that finds every identity, account, and resource a customer has, wherever it runs. You will own registration, the front door that lets a new source connect, along with the rules that promote what discovery finds into a managed state. You will also own the discovery capabilities we run today, several of which arrived with acquired products, and the plan that consolidates them into one path without withdrawing coverage a customer depends on. Everything downstream reads what this pipeline produces, including the authorization layer that decides who gets access in the moment. Expect to spend real time with the engineering teams whose scanners and connectors you are absorbing. Key Responsibilities Own the discovery roadmap: one pipeline that finds identities, accounts, and resources across AWS, Azure, GCP, SaaS applications, and on-premises directories, and the rules that promote them to a managed state. Make registration the single integration point for discovery sources. Decide where each discovery capability we run today is heading, and keep a published record of those decisions current. Plan the consolidation: backfill of the assets customers already have, a staged cutover, and a rollback path that has been exercised before it is needed. Define what must ship before an existing capability is retired, so coverage a customer relies on is never withdrawn ahead of its replacement. Bring non-human and AI agent identities into the pipeline under the same registration and promotion rules as everything else. Carry the relationship with the engineering teams whose connectors we are re-homing, and be the single point of contact between them and this team. Gather requirements from the internal product teams that consume discovery output, learn their roadmaps, and design services they can adopt without a custom integration. Hold the security bar on the credentials discovery runs with, including least-privilege handling and tenant isolation. Treat coverage and time to first result as the numbers this pipeline is judged on, and push API-first design so other teams can integrate on their own. Skills & Requirements Experience: 3-5 years in product management, preferably in AI/ML, cybersecurity, identity, or enterprise SaaS. Domain Expertise: Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM), privileged access management (PAM), and identity governance (IGA). Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of modern AI/ML concepts—including large language models, multi-agent systems, context engineering, MCP (Model Context Protocol), A2A (Agent-to-Agent Protocol), and expertise in model fine-tuning and training. Ability to discuss technical tradeoffs with engineering teams and ensure product requirements reflect best practices in agent-enabled systems. Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to work alongside data scientists, engineers, and UX professionals to define, prioritize, and deliver solutions that balance technical viability, scalability, and user experience. Security Sensibility: Knowledge of compliance, security, and privacy best practices relevant to enterprise software and AI products. Product Delivery: Demonstrable record of managing and launching AI-driven or data-centric products, working through full product lifecycle. Open Source/Customer Product Experience: Experience supporting or growing open-source AI platforms and/or direct customer-facing products. Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills to translate technical capabilities into compelling business value for both internal and external audiences. Preferred Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience working with PAM/IGA governance initiatives. Experience engaging with open source or technical user communities.
