The expected salary range for this position is $106,400.00 - $125,010.60. Overview The Product Manager III supports one of seven teams within the Church Domain, partnering closely with Global Program teams to ensure the needs of National Offices and Frontline Church Partners are represented, prioritized, and delivered through technology solutions. This role serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT development teams, driving product strategy and execution throughout the entire product lifecycle. The Product Manager III is responsible for evaluating product performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, leading product development initiatives, and enabling adoption through effective communication and change management. As a seasoned product professional, this individual operates with a high degree of independence, managing complex and often global products while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. The role may also provide coaching, guidance, and subject matter expertise to other product management professionals. What will you do? Maintain a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Be a consistent witness for Jesus Christ, maintaining a courteous, Christ-like attitude in dealing with people within and outside of Compassion, and faithfully uphold Compassion’s ministry in prayer. Act as an advocate to raise the awareness of the needs of children. Understand Christ’s mandate to protect children. Commit to and prioritizes child protection considerations in all decision-making, tasks and activities across the ministry. Abide by all behavioral expectations in Compassion’s Statement of Commitment to Child Protection and Code of Conduct. Report any concerns of abuse, neglect or exploitation of children through Compassion’s internal reporting process and appropriately support responses to incidents if they occur. Uphold and engage in Compassion’s core Cultural Behaviors . Product Strategy & Delivery Partner with business stakeholders across Global Program, National Offices, and Frontline Church Partners to understand needs, define priorities, and align product initiatives with organizational objectives . Lead and coordinate product management activities for assigned products or product groups, including product strategy, roadmap development, product definition, messaging, success metrics, operational service measures, and shared commitments. Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring business and user needs are effectively represented within product planning and development processes. Collaborate with technology and development teams to deliver solutions that increase value, adoption, and effectiveness for end users. Analyze product performance and customer feedback to identify opportunities for optimization, innovation, and continuous improvement. Support the development of deep customer insights and data-driven experimentation to improve product outcomes. Product Development & Enablement Coordinate product initiatives, including enhancements to existing products, development of new capabilities, and implementation of strategic improvements. Drive stakeholder engagement and change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new features and product enhancements. Enable customer-facing teams through the development of product communications, training materials, toolkits, and launch resources. Share product insights, lessons learned, and best practices across teams to strengthen organizational product capabilities. Collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders, including Global Program, IT, Finance, Supporter Operations, and other customer-facing teams to ensure successful product outcomes. Leadership Provide coaching, guidance, and subject matter expertise to product management colleagues and support staff as appropriate . Promote product management best practices and contribute to the growth and maturity of the product discipline across the organization. What do you bring? Bachelor's degree in Technology , Engineering, Business, Management, Information Systems, or a related field . Professional certification in Product Management, Agile, Scrum, or a related discipline preferred. Seven (7) or more years of progressive product management experience, including ownership of complex products, programs, or platforms. Proven experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and technology teams to deliver business value. Strong strategic thinking, prioritization, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience translating business needs into actionable product requirements and roadmaps. Ability to analyze product performance data and leverage insights to drive continuous improvement. Ability to travel up to 10% of the time. Why work here?
