Apply Job Type Full-time Description Who You Are The Product Manager, Internal Services owns the roadmap for the tools Destify runs on. Sales, Revenue, Accounting, and Guest Experience all do their jobs inside these systems — and you build the roadmap on what those teams already know, turning day-to-day friction into tools that get the most out of every role — so our teams spend their time on couples, not on the system. Force Multiplier: You make other teams better at their jobs. The work you ship shows up as a coordinator handling more weddings, a controller closing the month faster, a specialist spending the hour on a couple instead of a spreadsheet — and you can point to the number. Decides in the Open: Requests will come from every team, and there will always be more than you can build. You prioritize against company goals, shape solutions with the people who raised them, and make the trade-offs visible — so everyone can see where their request sits and why. AI-Native Operator: You automate your own analysis and artifacts before you ask anyone else to change how they work. You'll have Claude Cowork, n8n, and our analytics stack from day one, and we expect you to use them to move faster than this job traditionally allows. Key Responsibilities 1. Roadmap, Discovery & Prioritization Own and publish 90-day roadmaps for your products — outcome-led, sequenced against company goals, and re-cut each quarter as you learn Conduct user research and workflow discovery — sit with the teams doing the work and find where the time actually goes Own the numbers for the systems you run — adoption, cycle time, manual steps, hours returned — and use them to decide what gets built next Own the lifecycle of the tools in scope (adopt, consolidate, retire) Bring problems to the engineering team, not solutions, and collaboratively design the answer 2. Deliver and Launch Own and prioritize the backlog — from high-level initiatives to specific features, user stories, and business metrics Write and approve acceptance criteria, accept work as done, and negotiate solutions and sprint scope trade-offs with the team — prototype, configure, or test to find the cheapest path to the outcome before engineering starts Run low-cost experiments before committing to a full build Run refinement, planning, and reviews for your team Own release strategy and timing Measure product progress toward business goals and translate data insights into action 3. Cross-Functional Alignment Plan and discover proactively with the teams who live in these tools. You're in their planning conversations early, shaping the work together from the start. Work in the open. The process and the work are visible to the people doing it and the people receiving it. Decisions, trade-offs, and what's coming next are shared before anyone has to ask, so Engineering and the business inspect the same picture and adapt together. Optimize for growth. Support new revenue models, flexible payment options, and expansion into new markets — without adding headcount to do it. Rally adoption once it ships. Taking a product to market within the business is part of the job — announce it, teach it, and close the feedback loop to see whether it actually got used. Make AI practical. Own AI tools and skills as a product: what's approved, what's adopted, what's working. Run experiments, keep what proves out, and retire what doesn't. Why Join Destify You'll work with internal teams and cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product managers to set direction, scope product features, remove obstacles and barriers, and assess the business impact of the internal tools used across the organization. You will be uniquely positioned and empowered to shape how our travel specialists serve our couples and guests. Destify's reputation is five-star service — a couple planning a wedding in another country, a hundred guests to move, and a specialist who makes it feel effortless. That service runs on the systems you own. When they work, our teams take care of more couples, more completely, and the business grows as a result. Flexible Paid Time Off and Paid Parental Leave Caribbean travel perks Fully remote work environment Comprehensive benefits — Medical, Dental, and Vision 401(k) with company match Requirements Qualifications 4+ years in Product Management, ideally on internal platforms, business systems, or operations tooling — products where your users are colleagues 2+ years of experience owning an outcome-led roadmap and holding it steady as priorities shift across teams Experience within the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) is a strong plus Professional working knowledge and hands-on experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM as a product surface, not just as a user. You've built or governed workflows, objects, and automation that other teams depend on Track record of removing manual work with a cost-savings value attached: hours returned, steps eliminated, errors designed out Ability to execute with incomplete information — great product instincts, and you create order from divergent needs and step into team gaps without waiting to be asked Comfortable owning both the problem and the delivery — you've run refinement and accepted work, not just written a brief and handed it over Technically fluent with the ability to be a credible partner to Engineering on integrations, data, and constraints An adaptive, empathetic, collaborative and positive mindset Salary Description $112,000-$130,000
