Job Summary

As the Product Manager, you will lead the end-to-end product strategy, feature roadmap, and lifecycle delivery for our consumer credit health and scoring mobile application. In partnership with accredited credit bureaus and the Credit Information Corporation (CIC) ecosystem, you will design frictionless user journeys for identity verification, credit report generation, credit score monitoring, dispute workflows, and personalized financial product recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Drive the vision and execution for the Creditmo iOS and Android applications, prioritizing features that boost user acquisition, report generation conversion, subscription retention, and engagement.
• Credit Bureau & Data Integrations: Collaborate with technical and data partners to integrate credit bureau APIs, CIC data feeds, scoring models, and credit history aggregation pipelines.
• Onboarding & Identity Verification (e-KYC): Design and refine secure, compliant identity verification funnels (e.g., government ID validation, liveness checks, secure OTP verification) to maximize completion rates while preventing fraud.
• Report Generation & Data Delivery: Optimize the end-to-end user experience for retrieving, viewing, and exporting official credit reports (in-app visualizations, downloadable PDFs, dispute filing paths, and historical score tracking).
• Monetization & Marketplace Features: Oversee in-app payment gateway integrations (ewallets, cards, digital channels) for paid score requests, and build recommendation engines for credit cards, personal loans, and banking offers matched to user credit profiles.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure app architecture and data flows strictly adhere to Republic Act No. 9510 (Credit Information System Act), the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and international security standards like ISO/IEC 27001.
• Agile Delivery & Sprint Management: Write detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), wireframes, user stories, and acceptance criteria; lead sprint planning and backlog grooming with engineering, UI/UX, and QA teams.
• Product Analytics & Performance: Track key metrics—including onboarding funnel drop-offs, payment success rates, report generation latency, NPS/CSAT, and App Store/Google Play Store ratings—to iterate continuously

Qualifications & Requirements Experience:

• 3–5+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record delivering native consumer mobile apps (iOS & Android) in fintech, credit scoring, identity/KYC platforms, or personal financial management (PFM).
• Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of credit bureau operations, credit scoring mechanics, CIC compliance guidelines, digital identity verification, and consumer data rights.
• Technical Knowledge: Experience managing REST API integrations, asynchronous data fetching/PDF generation workflows, payment gateway SDKs (GCash, Maya, cards), and mobile analytics tools (Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
• Delivery Frameworks: Deep practical experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies using Jira, Confluence, Linear, or Notion.
• Analytical Skills: Data-driven mindset proficient in SQL, event-tracking instrumentation, and BI dashboards to analyze user behavior.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Working Conditions:

• Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
• Temporary WFH arrangement – will be onsite or hybrid when we have an office (depending on business needs)
