Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, validate assumptions and ensure what gets built actually solves the intended problem. Help identify interdependencies between your initiatives and other pods' work, flagging conflicts early. Contribute to roadmap planning and sequencing discussions, bringing data and user insight to prioritization conversations. Communicate progress and blockers clearly to your Product Lead and stakeholders. Build low-fidelity prototypes and mockups (e.g., Figma, wireframes) to validate concepts with stakeholders before committing engineering resources. Use prototypes to pressure-test assumptions and surface edge cases. Identify opportunities within your pod's initiatives where AI or automation could improve speed, quality or cost , and help scope them appropriately, and identify systemic solutions to the business problem. Partner with the AI/architecture team to understand platform capabilities (e.g., Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio) and translate them into practical product use cases. WHAT YOU'LL NEED: Bachelor's degree preferred; or equivalent work experience preferred Generally, 3+ years digital and product management experience or related field WHAT YOU'LL BRING: Experience in product management, software development, data engineering, or technical project coordination.
