Product Manager (SaaS)

About the role

We are hiring a full-time Product Manager to own the direction of ClinicSense's product, working closely with founders and a small dev team to turn customer needs and business goals into a clear, well-executed roadmap. You will be running ongoing discovery with customers, making product decisions grounded in data and real customer conversations, and deciding what to build (and what not to).

Who we are

Our product helps health & wellness practitioners (e.g., massage therapists, physical therapists, etc.) reduce paperwork, stay organized, and ultimately we free up their time so they can spend more time with clients and less time managing administrative tasks.

We are bootstrapped, product-led, and profitable. Officially, we’re based in Toronto, but each of us works remotely (and always has).

Who we’re looking for

• Intermediate to senior in your career. You know what you're doing and can hit the ground running
• Experience with SaaS products, ideally something CRM-like
• Comfortable being the only PM on a small team, with founders still involved
• Excited about taking over a function that's being handed off from founders to someone more experienced and methodical
• A clear, confident writer. You'll be writing specs, tickets, and communicating directly with developers
• Comfortable communicating visually and spatially (think Miro boards) as well as in writing

What you’ll do

• Run continuous discovery, talking to customers regularly
• Make product decisions using a mix of data, customer conversations, intuition, and business context
• Say no to things. You'll need a clear point of view on what the product is for, and the judgment to hold the line on requests that don't fit
• Communicate roadmap and direction to both internal stakeholders and customers
• Write clear specs and tickets, and work closely with a designer and small dev team to ship
