We are growing fast—and we're looking for a Product Manager with relentless execution focus and a knack for working cross-functionally with clinicians to bring ideas to life and ensure patient impact, fast. What You’ll Do As a key execution engine for the Product team, you will: Drive initiatives end-to-end: Take ownership of product and process improvement projects from planning through launch and scaling. Coordinate with healthcare professionals: Work closely with doctors, dietitians, psychologists, and personal trainers to translate clinical needs into digital product solutions. Turn strategy into action: Break down goals into detailed project plans and ensure team alignment, resource readiness, and delivery. Use data to guide work: Analyze user behavior, operations, and performance metrics to inform prioritization and product improvements. Ship, learn, iterate: Champion a fast feedback loop with a bias toward delivering value quickly and refining based on learnings. We Think You'll Excel If You: Have 3+ years of product management or project delivery experience, ideally in digital health or health-tech operations. Thrive on execution and delivery—you're energized by timelines, follow-through, and closing the loop. Are a structured and proactive communicator, especially with multidisciplinary teams including clinicians. Are comfortable navigating ambiguity and can independently drive clarity and momentum. Have experience using data and analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Looker, SQL, Google Sheets) to guide decision-making. Are fluent in English.
