Job Overview We're growing our Tribe CRM product marketing team in Utrecht and looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own our commercial positioning. You'll define what Tribe CRM stands for in the market, drive go-to-market execution for launches, and equip our revenue team to sell it with confidence. Your team can't wait to welcome you! What's in it for you? ✔️ Full ownership of positioning and GTM strategy for Tribe CRM across European markets ✔️ Direct partnership with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success leadership ✔️ Career growth opportunities and internal mobility ✔️ Modern offices in 11 European locations ✔️ Fun team events & continuous learning ✔️ Hybrid working policy What you'll be doing Define and maintain Tribe CRM's positioning and messaging architecture across markets and customer segments Lead end to end go-to-market planning for product launches, feature releases, and market expansion Own the competitive intelligence programme: battlecard creation, competitor monitoring, and win rate tracking Run win/loss interviews and buyer journey research to keep positioning grounded in real customer language Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and regional Marketing to keep the revenue team enabled and briefed Who you are 5+ years in product marketing within B2B SaaS, with direct ownership of positioning, launch execution, and sales enablement Track record of running full GTM cycles, from messaging framework through launch to post-launch performance measurement Hands-on experience with competitive intelligence: battlecards, win/loss programmes, and live competitive deal support Comfortable working with CRM data, win/loss reports, and usage data to validate impact Multi-market experience, including localisation or regional adaptation of positioning Full professional fluency in English ✨ Ready to succeed and make an impact with us?
