About the Role The Product Marketing Manager owns the positioning, collateral, and sales enablement behind Posh's AI products for financial institutions. This role blends messaging craft, sales partnership, and analytical rigor to make sure every seller conversation lands with proof rather than hype. Product Marketing Managers at Posh work across a portfolio of employee-facing and customer-facing products in a sales-led, demo-driven motion. This is a builder role on a small team, with high ownership and direct partnership with sales, client success, and product. Reports to the Head of Product and Content Marketing. Hybrid out of Boston preferred. What You'll Do Own the sales collateral library end-to-end, including one-pagers, pitch decks, battlecards, ROI models, and objection handling guides, and shape the narrative behind sales-led demos, including scripts, scenarios, and persona framing Develop positioning and messaging for assigned products, translating technical capability into buyer language that holds up under scrutiny Partner closely with sales and client success to turn field feedback and real client outcomes into shipped assets, case studies, and proof points Run product and feature launches, covering internal enablement, external assets, web updates, email, and sales training Build and maintain competitive intelligence, including comparison assets that win head-to-head evaluations Use data on win rates, pipeline influence, and asset usage to decide what to build next, and drive ongoing improvements to product marketing processes and tooling Contribute to content work such as blog posts, webinars, ebooks, and campaign copy where product depth improves the output Build buyer personas, ICP definition, and win/loss research over time, grow into shaping packaging, pricing, and launch strategy, and represent Posh externally through conference speaking, analyst relations, and customer advocacy as the role matures What We're Looking For 3 to 5 years of product marketing experience, primarily in B2B Startup or early stage experience, with a track record of doing the work rather than briefing it out Daily working fluency with AI tools for research, drafting, competitive analysis, and asset production Demonstrated depth in sales collateral, with specific examples of assets sellers used Experience supporting a sales-led, demo-driven motion in close partnership with sales and client success teams Background selling to SMB or mid-market buyers, where budgets are tight and the buyer is often also the end user Strong analytical instincts and comfort working with performance and pipeline data Creative range, with the ability to find a fresh angle in a crowded category Excellent writing skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments Appetite to grow beyond sales enablement into customer insight, go-to-market strategy, and external advocacy as the role matures Prior experience with financial institutions (credit unions, community banks) or other regulated industries a plus Experience marketing AI, automation, or conversational AI products a plus What Success Looks Like Sellers consistently reach for Posh collateral and win with it Clear, differentiated positioning across the assigned product portfolio Launches land with real enablement behind them, not just assets Strong working relationships with sales and client success, with the field treating product marketing as a first call rather than a last resort Within the first year, clear progress toward owning buyer insight and go-to-market decisions for at least one product, not just supporting them About Posh At Posh, we’re revolutionizing the way financial institutions serve their communities. Through innovative AI solutions, we make customer support more accessible, fast, and enjoyable — for both callers and staff members. Our AI assistants span digital (web and mobile) and voice (phone) channels, while our internal-facing solutions directly augment staff members’ ability to serve. We believe the most successful AI products are built on a symbiotic relationship between humans and AI — each empowered to put their best foot forward. The bar is low, but the ceiling is high.
