Product Marketing Manager (Localization & Translation)

Product Marketing Manager — MK Group

MK Group is a global localization and translation partner that helps businesses grow in more than 120 languages and combines two brands:

🟦 MK:translations — B2B translation and localization, Ukrainian market, short deal cycle

🟨 Localiсa.io — AI-first localization for gamedev and tech-companies, EU/GCC markets, 3–4 week deal cycle

We're looking for someone to build product marketing for both directions: market research, ICP, positioning, GTM for new services.

📍 Format: fully remote, Mon–Fri 10:00–19:00, full-time.

Responsibilities:

Market and competitor research separately for each brand (local translation market vs. tech/gamedev EU/GCC)

ICP segmentation and positioning for MK:translations and Localica.io — with different messaging for different audiences

GTM for new services (SEO/ASO направление, Localica API, MT Quality Checker, and other products in development)

Building marketing funnels (from awareness to MQL/SQL) for each brand, accounting for different deal cycle lengths

Coordinating launches with sales (Serhii — Localica.io, separate contact for MK:translations)

Sales materials: presentations, case studies, landing pages

Analyzing launch and campaign results, metrics reporting

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in product/strategic marketing in a relevant niche (B2B tech, localization/translation, SaaS)

Experience building and optimizing marketing funnels, understanding of lead handoff to sales (MQL/SQL)

Experience working with multiple product lines or brands simultaneously

Understanding of GTM, positioning, segmentation — not just in theory, but with launch examples

Ability to independently conduct market research without delegating to an agency

English from B1+ — working with Localica.io's international clients
