The Position Product Marketing Manager - Oncology Location: Warsaw, Poland Work Model: Hybrid (2 days in the office / 3 days remote per week) Travel Requirement: Up to 30% Are you ready to make a meaningful impact on patients’ lives by shaping innovative marketing strategies in the healthcare industry? The Opportunity: Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans for oncology disease area, ensuring alignment with the broader ecosystem and business objectives. Support the creation and adaptation of local Therapeutic Area communication content, including digital platforms, to maximize outreach and engagement. Analyze scientific data and market insights to guide product positioning and strategic initiatives. Partner with Patient Journey Partners (PJPs) to identify and implement solutions tailored to local patient needs and opportunities. Collaborate globally and locally with cross-functional teams, including Digital and Network colleagues, to address challenges and drive innovation. Monitor and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and alignment with timelines. Lead or organize marketing training initiatives and support successful product launches. Who you are: Proven marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare, life sciences, or FMCG industry. Experience in product management or marketing, especially in the field of multiple sclerosis (MS), will be considered a strong asset. Strong understanding of digital landscapes and familiarity with content creation. Growth mindset with the ability to set priorities, manage multiple projects, and thrive in an agile environment. Collaborative, culturally agile, and skilled in influencing and partnering with diverse stakeholders across networks. Proficient in English and fluent in Polish to engage effectively in a global and local context. What you get: Annual bonus payment based on your performance.
