Position Summary Product Marketing Specialist III serves as an operational partner to Product Management, helping translate portfolio strategy into effective processes, accurate product information, commercial tools, and coordinated execution. This role supports product lifecycle activities, new product launches, portfolio updates, channel and commercial teams, and cross-functional projects. The position will also document and standardize processes, identify opportunities for automation, and help improve productivity, accuracy, and scalability. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, responsive, and comfortable working with technical product information and multiple stakeholders in a global, matrixed environment. Key Responsibilities Support product lifecycle activities, including new product introductions, product updates, SKU creation, portfolio rationalization, discontinuations, and sunset planning. Maintain accurate and consistent product information across business systems, sales tools, websites, and customer-facing platforms. Serve as a point of contact for routine portfolio requests, including product specifications, SKU inquiries, cross-references, quote support, and portfolio documentation. Coordinate product launch readiness, communications, training materials, commercial tools, and follow-up activities. Partner with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Channel Management, Commercial Operations, Customer Care, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, and other stakeholders. Develop and maintain SOPs, workflows, process maps, trackers, dashboards, and supporting documentation. Identify process gaps, repetitive activities, and opportunities to standardize, simplify, or automate work. Support the implementation and adoption of process improvements and automation solutions. Track milestones, risks, dependencies, decisions, and action items through completion. Aggregate customer, channel, market, and competitive feedback to support portfolio reviews and decision-making. Respond to stakeholder requests in a timely and service-oriented manner, generally within 24 to 48 hours, depending on complexity and business priority. Support special projects such as site moves, regulatory changes, system updates, or portfolio migrations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Operations, Business, or related field. 3-5e years of experience in product operations, product management support, project coordination, commercial operations, sales enablement, marketing operations, process improvement, or a related function. Experience coordinating cross-functional projects in a matrixed organization. Strong project management, analytical, communication, and organizational skills. High attention to detail and demonstrated ability to maintain accurate product or business information. Professional English proficiency. Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and operate effectively in an evolving environment with some level of ambiguity. Preferred Qualifications Experience in life sciences, scientific products, technology, engineering, manufacturing, or another technical environment. Knowledge of product lifecycle management, new product introductions, or portfolio management. Experience documenting, standardizing, or improving business processes. Experience with workflow automation or productivity improvement initiatives. Lean Six Sigma experience or certification. Familiarity with Salesforce, Seismic, SharePoint, Microsoft Office, Power BI, Power Automate, IA or comparable business systems. Measures of Success Timely and successful execution of product launches and lifecycle activities. Accuracy and completeness of product, SKU, system, website, and portfolio information. Timely and responsive support to Product Management and commercial stakeholders, generally within 24 to 48 hours. Effective coordination of milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items. Completion and quality of SOPs, workflows, process maps, and standardized documentation. Number and impact of processes improved, simplified, standardized, or automated. Measurable productivity gains, reduced administrative effort, improved accuracy, or shorter cycle times. Proactive identification and resolution of product lifecycle risks, information gaps, and operational issues. Positive stakeholder feedback across Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Channel Management, and Commercial Operations. Travel Requirement Up to 1 0% travel.
