What You'll Do: Add new products to the website and maintain accurate item data, titles, and descriptions. Manage and manipulate vendor catalog data using spreadsheets and internal tools. Organize departments and product relationships so customers can easily find what they need. Perform basic photo editing so product images meet our standards. Respond to intake tickets and requests in a timely, organized manner. Track and communicate project progress using our internal project management tools and checklists. Who You Are: A cooperative, dedicated team player who can also work independently. Highly organized, with strong prioritization skills to manage multiple sections of a project simultaneously. Naturally curious, eager to gain thorough knowledge of our products, brands, and company mission. A precise, detail-oriented thinker who keeps product data 100% accurate at all times. Comfortable managing spreadsheets, documents, and multiple internal programs and web resources. Coachable, you're open to feedback and always looking to improve.
