Product Operations Analyst

From prototype to real-world impact - be part of a global shift by doing work that matters. Build, enhance, and maintain recurring Tableau dashboards and reporting suites for Physician OneView. Partner with Product Marketing to create and track user adoption, campaign engagement, and feature rollouts. Support the automation of manual reporting processes (such as Secure Messaging utilization and Medical Director billing workflows). Execute SQL queries, data validations, and triage ad-hoc analytical requests from product managers. 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or product operations. Strong SQL querying skills and hands-on experience developing/publishing Tableau dashboards. Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities; experience with Jira, Confluence, or TargetProcess. Ability to go into corporate or client offices to work onsite, as necessary. Prolonged periods of remaining stationary at a desk and working on a computer, as necessary. Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and reach overhead, as necessary. Hand-eye coordination necessary to operate computers and various pieces of office equipment, as necessary. Vision abilities including close vision, toleration of fluorescent lighting, and adjusting focus, as necessary.
