Is this job info correct?

In this role, you'll turn requests from Sales, Marketing, Support, Account Management, and Onboarding into data-backed business cases, run the product grooming cadence, and own release enablement — at a fast-growing Series A restaurant-tech startup based in Berlin. The restaurant industry runs on fragmented software, disconnected workflows, and constant operational chaos. Restaurant owners don't want another tool to learn. They want the work done. So we're building allO: the first AI-native operating system for restaurants. Think AI-powered digital employees running on one fully integrated platform. We just shipped our Reservation & Ordering Voice Agent, and we have 10+ more coming over the next 18 months. We recently closed a $14M Series A led by Zigg Capital, with LifeX Ventures, Aperture Capital, Wecken & Cie., 20VC, and Keen Venture Partners. More than 1,000 restaurant locations across Germany already run on allO, with 6x location growth and 3.5x revenue year over year. We're a fast-moving team of 15+ nationalities, flat by design and founder-led. The restaurant industry is entering a new era. Join us and help build it. Product @ allO:Teo runs the product org independently, with no dedicated product team. He personally manages the ongoing grooming cadences with both the commercial team and the engineering team (based in Brazil) to keep priorities aligned. No dedicated product ops function yet — that gap is exactly what this role exists to close. Sales, Marketing, Support, Account Management, and Onboarding all have a constant stream of things they think we should build. You gather those asks, build the case for what's worth doing, and keep grooming, release, and enablement running end to end. Product Engineering Leads own the how — design and build; you handle the what and why, including telling a commercial team their ask doesn't hold up, with the data to prove it, even when they're sure they're right. You'll help shape this function as it grows, which sets you up for more senior product roles down the line. Right now, product runs through just one person. That's the opportunity: real influence over what allO builds next, and the chance to build the operating system the product org runs on, from the ground up. What success looks like: 30 days: you've mapped how requests flow in from Sales, Marketing, Support, AM, and Onboarding, sat in on the grooming cadence, and watched a full release cycle run start to finish. No decisions expected yet. 90 days: you're writing business cases independently, running the grooming cadence and backlog yourself, and owning release notes, Knowledge Base documentation, and demo videos end to end. 180 days: you're a trusted voice on prioritization — comfortable pushing back on a GTM ask with usage data when the numbers don't support it, and Product Engineering Leads take your business cases without back-and-forth. Our hiring process: Interview with Teo, our CTO. Panel interview with a live case study — work through a real business case with a commercial lead and someone from engineering. Final conversations with Cancan, our CEO, and Benny, our CCO. 3-5 years of experience: strategy consulting, Founder's Associate, or BizOps with a product focus, or a product operations/product background with a commercial mindset. Detail-oriented, with real satisfaction from making a system run cleanly: documentation, tracking, release notes. Comfortable with data — enough to dig into usage and tell when a request doesn't hold up, or when it deserves to be prioritized. Familiar with how engineering teams work (sprints, grooming), even without a technical background. At ease with ambiguity: our roadmap shifts quarter to quarter. Berlin-based role, fluent English required. German helps but isn't required. Turn requests from Sales, Marketing, Support, AM, and Onboarding into data-backed business cases — pulling usage data (plus light market context) to pressure-test each one. Develop product mockups so that commercial stakeholders and product leads can confirm you're solving the right problem before anything gets built. Maintain the prioritized backlog and bring a clear recommendation to the founders each cycle. Run the grooming cadence with Product Engineering Leads: size effort, surface blockers, track capacity. Own release logistics and support product enablement: writing release notes and Knowledge Base documentation, and filming demo videos. Partner with Sales & Account Management: push back if the numbers don't support their ask, gather their feedback on business cases and mockups, and keep them current on what's shipping and why. Partner with Customer Support & Onboarding on recurring tickets and onboarding friction, keeping them looped in on what's shipping and when. Partner with Product Engineering Leads: hand off business cases backed by data, and ensure releases ship in the agreed order. Real ownership from day one, not a backlog someone else built — direct line to the CTO and co-founders Your business cases ship into a product that over 1,000 restaurants use every day Hybrid setup based in Berlin with remote days built in 30 paid vacation days Flexible hours Latest Apple hardware Deutschlandticket subsidy Health benefits: Wellhub/Wellpass Office Dog friendly
