Product Owner

We have offices in Montreal (Quebec), Austin (Texas) and Nicosia (Cyprus). *A select number of positions require full-time in office attendance* As a Product Owner, you'll be the go-to expert for your domain and bridge the product gap between the technical and non-technical. What you’ll be doing: Drive investigation with Engineering for business related issues Communicate with internal clients to understand expected user behavior, expected benefits, reporting requirements and employee user flows Provide feedback to the dev team through your own troubleshooting, testing and feedback gathering from clients, administrators, dependencies, and integrators Provide updates to clients, integrators, strategic planning, and management as required Write and review business cases, use cases, and user stories with relevant acceptance criteria and boundaries Finalize Scope by gathering clarifications from clients for developers Monitor and report on KPIs and user behaviors post-launch and devise, design, develop and deploy project optimizations where needed Work with Data Analysts to leverage data to understand the Product and user behavior in detail Provide recommendations and ideas for feature development and discuss them with the stakeholders Review client feature requests and provide feedback in terms of potential solutions, feature phases Investigate, understand and communicate requirements for end to end user flows, as well as end to end service integration (SaaS) flows Work closely with other POs to assess any potential existing services or features on other products which could benefit our product What you’ll need to be successful: Must Haves: 3+ years of experience in a similar role Bachelors degree or another relevant degree in a related field (business, technical) or the required minimum experience mentioned above A strong understanding of the relationship between product and engineering Proficiency in documentation and attention to detail Ability to communicate technical components with non-technical people Experience in an agile environment Nice to haves: Scrum certified QA experience Exposure to Jira and Confluence Analytics and reporting experience As an equal opportunity employer, we celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees In this role you may be exposed to adult content
