Product Owner

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• Take ownership of the voice and chatbot platform, and customer/partner portal, driving their strategic and operational development.

• Design intelligent conversational AI solutions, manage intents, optimize dialogue flows, and ensure digital assistants efficiently resolve customer inquiries.

• Prioritize the product backlog, define user stories and acceptance criteria, and collaborate with development, UX, support, sales, and external partners to implement new features.

• Manage releases, testing, and rollouts, support new customer and partner onboarding, and develop initiatives to boost usage, adoption, and customer satisfaction.

• Analyze usage data, customer feedback, and KPIs to identify optimization opportunities and communicate roadmaps, results, and recommendations to stakeholders.

What You'll Need

• A degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Communication Sciences, or a related field, with a strong quality focus, analytical skills, and a passion for digital products.

• Demonstrable success as a Product Owner, Product Manager, in Customer Success, or a similar role at the intersection of customers, business, and technology.

• Good technical understanding, enthusiasm for digital platforms, and ideally experience with chatbots, voice bots, conversational AI, or customer portals.

• Strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to align diverse stakeholders to translate requirements into successful product solutions.

• An independent, structured, and data-driven work style, experience with tools like Jira, and very good German and good English language skills.
