And now, we are looking for a Product Owner who will strengthen our team and contribute to the success of our products and the bright future of Web3. Mission: Turn our high-level product map into shipped results. Own the cascade from strategy to execution: break down top-level product goals into clear, well-scoped initiatives, keep the full context in mind, and make sure the right things get built — on time and with measurable impact. What you will do: Cascade the product map: translate high-level product strategy into epics, requirements, and clear deliverables for the teams. Own context: deeply understand the "why" behind every initiative — business goals, user needs, market and regulatory constraints — and make sure it doesn't get lost on the way to delivery. Prioritize ruthlessly: keep the backlog focused on what moves the product forward, challenge scope, and cut what doesn't matter. Drive delivery: track progress against timelines, surface risks and blockers early, and make sure commitments are met — the right things, done right, done on time. Business analysis: dig into data, user flows, and edge cases; write clear requirements and acceptance criteria; validate that what was shipped actually solves the problem. Cross-functional work: align Engineering, Design, Legal/Compliance,Marketing and Project team around shared goals; be the single point of truth on scope and status. Reporting: keep execs updated on progress, trade-offs, and decisions with clear, structured communication. Requirements: 3+ years of product experience (Product Owner / Product Manager) in fintech, crypto, or payments. Solid understanding of crypto: wallets, on/off-ramps, cards, trading — you know how these products work and what constraints they live with. This is a must. Business analysis skills: requirements gathering, user flows, data-informed decisions (SQL/BI a plus). Proven experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, compliance, and business teams. Strong execution discipline: you know how to take a big fuzzy goal and turn it into a shippable, trackable plan. Excellent English — clear written requirements and confident spoken communication.
