Product Owner

We are seeking a driven and visionary Product Owner to spearhead the development and lifecycle of groundbreaking software products within the dynamic energy sector. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in shaping the future of energy technology by leading initiatives in Head-End Systems (HES), Digital Twin technologies, flexibility solutions, Smart Meter Operations Center (SMOC), and advanced analytics. You will have the unique opportunity to define and articulate product vision, set strategic priorities, and deliver impactful solutions that drive digital transformation and modernize power grids worldwide.

As a Product Owner, you will collaborate closely with talented, cross-functional teams—including engineering, UX, data science, and business stakeholders—within a truly international environment. Your leadership will directly influence the creation of innovative products that enable utilities and energy providers to harness the power of IoT, AI-driven analytics, and cloud technologies, improving efficiency, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.

The competencies we are looking for:

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Energy Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or ownership, ideally within energy or utility software solutions.
• Proven track record with Head-End Systems (HES), Digital Twin technologies, flexibility platforms, and analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of smart grid technologies, IoT, and data-driven solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with familiarity in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
