Role Description This full-time remote Product Owner role is responsible for managing the product backlog, prioritizing features, and ensuring that development work aligns with business objectives and user needs. The Product Owner will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, business analysts, and software development teams to refine requirements, define user stories, and clarify acceptance criteria. Daily tasks include leading backlog grooming and sprint planning sessions, reviewing progress with development teams, and validating delivered features against business expectations. The role also involves analyzing product performance, gathering feedback, and proposing enhancements to improve usability, value, and measurable outcomes. The Product Owner is expected to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical partners, support decision-making, and maintain a shared understanding of product goals across the team.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Product Management skills, including backlog ownership, roadmap planning, and stakeholder alignment.
• Candidates should possess solid Business Analysis and Analytical Skills to translate business needs into clear, data-informed requirements.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present product decisions and outcomes.
• Candidates should possess a practical understanding of Software Development processes and agile methodologies to work effectively with engineering teams.
• Relevant experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product-focused role, preferably in technology or software-driven environments.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage priorities, and adapt to changing business needs.
• Familiarity with agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and product management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; experience working across multiple industries is a plus.
