12 Month Contract

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner. You will drive end-to-end process optimisation, systems alignment, and scalable infrastructure design to enable efficient, future-fit operations at scale.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Define user stories and prioritize the team backlog to streamline execution.
• Lead solution design workshops, requirements gathering
• Document impacts on data models, business logic, and integrations.
• Guide product development and coach junior product owners.
• Refine and sequence product backlog, ensuring readiness for PI planning.

Qualifications & Experience

• Certified Product Owner / SAFe Product Owner (essential).
• 4+ years’ experience in a Product Owner role within agile teams.
• Proven success launching complex product features and translating business strategy into consumer products.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks (POPIA, Electronic Information Act, etc.).
• Exposure to insurance
