We are currently looking for a Product Owner to join an enterprise initiative focused on API-driven digital solutions, product governance, and transactional systems.

Role Mission

Drive product vision, lifecycle, and delivery by transforming complex business requirements into high-value API products, ensuring alignment with regulatory deadlines and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

📋 Backlog Management & Strategy

Define and prioritize the product backlog, aligning features with business strategy and regulatory requirements.

Translate strategic goals into clear, actionable user stories and functional requirements.

⚙️ Technical & Functional Alignment

Work closely with engineering teams (APIs, integrations, mainframe, and digital channels) to clarify technical specs.

Design product features around REST API capabilities and integration flows.

🚀 Delivery & Quality Execution

Manage the full product lifecycle from functional definition to production rollout.

Track product performance and delivery progress using objective metrics and KPIs.

Ensure solution quality through continuous validation practices and user acceptance monitoring.

👥 Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Business, Operations, and Compliance.

Coordinate with external partners when applicable to ensure seamless integration and compliance.

Required Experience

Proven experience as a Product Owner or equivalent role in tech-driven environments.

Solid understanding of REST APIs and product design for API-centric architectures.

Proven ability to define, track, and analyze product KPIs to guide delivery with objective data.

Experience in the transactional or payments/transfers domain is strongly valued.

Soft Skills

Strong delivery mindset focused on business value creation and pragmatic problem-solving.

High level of autonomy, critical thinking, and structured decision-making.

Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
