Key Responsibilities Own and manage the product vision, roadmap, backlog, and prioritization for insurance data, pricing, and analytics platforms. Collaborate with business, underwriting, operations, and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications. Lead the delivery of pricing, rating, profitability, reporting, and analytics capabilities across insurance products and business functions. Drive large-scale data modernization, data migration, and digital transformation programs , ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards. Partner with data engineering, cloud, and analytics teams to build scalable, governed, and high-quality data platforms and reporting solutions. Support the integration of enterprise applications with cloud data lakes, data warehouses, analytics platforms, and AI/ML solutions. Define product success metrics, monitor business outcomes, and continuously optimize solutions based on stakeholder feedback. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives, release planning, and stakeholder workshops. Lead UAT, solution validation, change management, and release execution activities. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, security standards, data governance policies, and organizational best practices. Build strong relationships with clients, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to drive successful product outcomes. Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role within the insurance industry. Strong Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain knowledge, including underwriting, policy administration, pricing, rating, claims, or analytics processes. Proven experience leading large-scale data modernization, data migration, cloud transformation, or enterprise data platform initiatives. Experience delivering insurance-focused data, reporting, business intelligence, and analytics solutions. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies with experience managing product backlogs, roadmaps, and release planning. Experience working with data engineering, analytics, cloud, and technology teams to deliver enterprise-scale solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience. Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable product solutions and actionable development plans. Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments. The posted range is the hiring range for this role — a subset of the broader range available to employees over time — and reflects base salary across our national hiring scale. Final offers are based on several factors, including the candidate's skills and experience, internal pay equity, work location, market conditions for the role, and the specific scope and responsibilities of the position. The top of the range is reserved for candidates who notably exceed the requirements; the lower end applies to those with less experience or fewer preferred qualifications. For positions based in higher-cost zones (e.g., California, New York, New Jersey), actual compensation may exceed the posted range; your recruiter will share specifics during the process.
