What you’ll do Understand the problem: Lead stakeholder interviews, analyse current processes, and uncover real user needs in financial systems. Design solutions: Translate insights into clear, feasible product concepts that balance client expectations with real-world constraints. Get technical: Build and maintain artefacts like As-Is/To-Be flows, UML diagrams, data-flow models, and specs that guide developers and QA. Drive delivery: Own and prioritize the backlog, track progress, and keep cross-functional teams aligned and focused. Collaborate closely: Work daily with developers, designers, and testers to iterate fast and ensure requirements are understood and implemented. Support and scale: Be the go-to person for change requests, clarifications, and measuring success against business goals. Contribute to growth: Spot opportunities for improvement, support proposal work, and share insights to level up the team. What makes you a great fit Proven experience as a Product Owner or System Analyst for at least 5 years. Proven track record in system analysis within financial systems, including UML, process modelling, prototyping, and writing clear functional/technical specifications. A good balance of big-picture product vision and attention to detail in analysis and documentation. Skilled at managing goals, timelines, and expectations in complex environments. Final compensation will depend on factors such as relevant experience, role seniority, and skill set.
