The Product Owner (PO) of the AI assistant acts as the voice of the user, business stakeholders, and AI transformation strategy. The PO is accountable for maximizing the value delivered by the AI assistant, defining and prioritizing the product roadmap, and ensuring that Yara evolves in line with business needs, technology opportunities, Responsible AI principles, and strategic objectives. Working closely with the Scrum Master, Development teams, business stakeholders, AI governance bodies, and adoption leads, the PO ensures that the AI assistant delivers measurable business value, driving adoption, user satisfaction, and productivity gains across the bank.

Ideal profile of the Product Owner AI:

• 6+ years of experience in Product Ownership or Product Management, with a strong Agile delivery background.
• Proven experience defining product vision, strategy and roadmaps for complex digital or technology products.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs and enterprise AI platforms.
• Hands-on knowledge of RAG architectures, enterprise knowledge retrieval, AI agents and multi-agent orchestration.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, conversational design, AI guardrails, content filtering and safety mechanisms.
• Experience with AI evaluation frameworks, including accuracy, relevance, grounding and hallucination assessment.
• Strong knowledge of Responsible AI, AI governance, risk management and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior leadership, IT, Data & AI, Risk, Legal and Compliance teams.
• Experience driving product adoption, change management and value realisation, using KPIs such as usage, engagement, satisfaction and productivity gains.
• Strong strategic mindset, communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence without formal authority.
• Experience in a regulated environment is highly relevant; banking and AI transformation experience would be a strong plus.
• Fluent English is mandatory; French and/or Dutch are a plus.
• Hybrid role in Brussels: 50% onsite / 50% remote.
