We are looking to strengthen our expertise in the corporate banking area by hiring a curious, customer-centric Product Owners who enjoy solving real customer problems, challenging the status quo, and collaborating across disciplines. What you’ll bring with you: A proven business mindset, particularly for corporate customers, demonstrated through a deep understanding of their needs and genuine empathy for their day-to-day challenges 3+ years crafting your skills in a banking product area ideally with agile methodology, you are UX proficient and have already shipped something to users A digital mindset with a high drive to exceed the needs of the users A solid understanding of how AI can enhance your work, while maintaining critical thinking, sound judgment, and full human oversight A profound technical understanding and experience base on the necessary steps to develop and ship a features and products Strength in analytics, structured by nature, data driven and interpersonal skills aplenty Expressing your values and opinions in fluent English An understanding the interplay between new features, system complexity and technical debt, making trade-offs among them seamlessly You will impress us by: Taking full ownership of the domain you will be responsible for Thinking beyond today's solutions by bringing forward innovative ideas that exceed customer expectations and unlock future business potential A natural ability to not only listen to stakeholders, but actively engage them, foster shared ownership, and build commitment to a common vision Owning your role and responsibility to become the ‘person to talk to’ when another team member has a dependency or question, guiding your team towards the vision you clearly communicate and are willing to fight for Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners such as UX Designers, Researchers, Business Experts and Sales Representatives to ensure customer centricity is embedded in every decision—not just treated as a buzzword Challenging your team members with charm, but also accept that shared learning and feedback is priceless for growth Listening and reacting to foreseen issues fast and continuously, adjusting your course or raising an alarm Having the nature to stand the heat, noise and criticism without losing your smile Having a hands-on approach and be helpful wherever you can add value Why you will like us: We’re a team of experienced product owners who love to exchange ideas and push the boundaries We provide a relaxed, professional environment and all the hardware & software you need to work efficiently (e.g. MacBook Pro, mobile device, licenses...)
