Product Owner to the LIAC Team | SEB Life & Pension, Solna

We are now looking for a Product Owner to join our LIAC team, where you will play a key role in driving and prioritising the backlog for a business‑critical core platform built on Lumera Core. About LIAC and SEB Life & Pension LIAC is SEB Life & Pension’s new core platform for life insurance, based on Lumera Core. The platform is central to our ongoing modernisation journey and is used across several parts of the business. About the role As a Product Owner in the LIAC team, you are responsible for the team backlog and ensure that the right things are delivered in the right order. You work closely with the business, integrating IT teams, and the wider IT organisation, and you have continuous dialogue with our vendor Lumera. The role comes with clear ownership of requirements, prioritisation, and delivery in a complex environment with multiple dependencies and stakeholders. Your main responsibilities Own, structure, and prioritise the team backlog Capture, analyse, and break down needs from various business stakeholders and integrating IT teams Ensure clear requirements and acceptance criteria for development and configuration in LIAC Maintain ongoing collaboration and requirement dialogue with the vendor Lumera Contribute to release planning and ensure realisation of business value Act as the link between business, development, system management, and vendor We are looking for someone who Has experience working as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar role Is used to backlog management in complex IT and system landscapes Has strong communication skills and can work effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders Is structured, clear, and confident in making prioritisation decisions Has experience working with external vendors Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Experience with Lumera and/or life insurance, pension, or other regulated industries is considered a merit What We Offer We offer a wide range of benefits and opportunities, but at the core of our offering you will find: An international and collaborative working environment The opportunity to help transform an entire industry Extensive training and continuous learning opportunities An inclusive and value-driven culture The chance to deliver world-class services to our customers Ready for your next challenge?
