We’re looking for motivated and detail-oriented Product Owners at both Junior and Manager levels to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with cross-functional teams, managing product requirements, and turning business needs into effective product solutions in a fully remote work environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, goals, and priorities
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business and customer needs
• Gather, analyze, and document product requirements from stakeholders
• Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications
• Collaborate with developers, designers, project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders
• Monitor product performance, user feedback, and key product metrics
• Identify opportunities for product improvements and optimization
• Support product planning, development, testing, and successful delivery
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams
• Ensure product initiatives align with overall business objectives

✅ Requirements

• Junior to Manager-level candidates are welcome to apply
• Experience in product management, product ownership, project management, business analysis, or a related field
• Strong understanding of product development and Agile methodologies
• Experience working with product backlogs, user stories, and prioritization
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear and actionable product specifications
• Comfortable working with cross-functional and distributed teams
• Fluent in English
• Based in Germany with legal authorization to work full-time
• Able to work effectively in a fully remote environment
