Product Quality Complaints Senior Associate Purpose: Records, verifies, prioritizes, and handles pharmaceutical products quality (technical) complaints according to process documentation including escalations and sample handling process. Your Tasks & Responsibilities: Process of Product Technical Complaint cases, including receiving of complaints, entering into internal IT Tool, processing, and final closing Identify escalation needs and notification Apply country specific requirements and product specific requirements during processing of Quiality Complaint cases Support sample handling and reimbursement process Create letters to complainants and 3rd party companies Maintain interfaces and communication with internal and external call centers, manufacturing sites, country quality units, and complainants to obtain complete case information and investigate thoroughly Prepare standardized KPI reporting’s Ensure an appropriate documentation, archiving and record-keeping process in compliance with applicable regulations and standard operating procedures Who Your Are: Medical/pharmaceutical/ natural science background Proven professional experience in the respective process Ability to use the relevant IT systems (e.g., SAP) Computer literacy, ability to use the office suite Ability to lead teleconferences in an international context English language at least B2 written and spoken Turkish language - nice to have Analytical skills Strong customer focus At Bayer, we are committed to transparency, equal pay for equal work or work of equal value, and objective reward practices. The minimum gross monthly salary for this role is 7.200,00 PLN. The final salary will be determined based on objective factors such as professional experience, qualifications, scope of responsibility. This position is be eligible for variable pay components, such as annual or performance-based bonuses, awarded in accordance with the applicable employee group, role scope, and compensation structure.
