We usually respond within three days We are looking for an experienced Product Researcher whose main responsibility is simple: find winning products and winning creatives before everyone else does. You will spend your days analyzing products, competitors, ads, trends, and creative angles across different markets. Your research will directly determine which products our marketing team launches and scales. This is a highly performance-driven role. The better the products you find perform, the more you earn. What you'll do Find high-potential and winning products for our e-commerce stores Identify products that are starting to scale before they become saturated Find winning ads, creatives, hooks, angles, and offers Analyze competitors and understand what they are successfully scaling Research trends across Meta, TikTok and other advertising channels Analyze indicators such as ad longevity, advertiser activity, engagement, creative variations and scaling behavior Build organized shortlists of products and creatives for our marketing team to test Continuously improve the research process based on which products actually perform Discover new tools, data sources and methods that give us an advantage Tools you should know You should already be highly proficient with product and ad research tools such as: TrendTrack Foreplay BigSpy AdSpy Minea Meta Ad Library TikTok Creative Center Other product research, ad-spy and competitor intelligence tools We don't expect you to simply know how to use these tools. We expect you to understand how to interpret the data and recognize opportunities that other researchers miss. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce product research Strong experience researching products for DTC/e-commerce brands Proven ability to identify winning products Proven ability to identify winning creatives and advertising angles Advanced knowledge of multiple ad-spy and product-research platforms Strong understanding of paid social advertising, especially Meta and TikTok Good understanding of what makes a direct-response creative convert Data-driven and analytical Fast researcher who can analyze large numbers of products without sacrificing quality Naturally curious and constantly looking for new trends, competitors and opportunities Compensation & Performance Bonuses This role includes a base salary + performance bonuses. Your bonuses are directly connected to the success of the products you discover. When our marketing team launches a product you found and successfully scales it, you receive bonuses based on the advertising spend generated by that product. This means there is significant upside for researchers who consistently identify products that we can scale. Find average products → earn your base salary. Find products we spend hundreds of thousands or millions advertising → earn significantly more. Who we're looking for We are not looking for someone who waits for instructions on exactly what to search for. We want someone who is obsessed with finding the next winner. You should enjoy digging through thousands of ads, spotting patterns, investigating competitors, discovering new tools and figuring out why certain products and creatives are scaling. Your performance is measurable: How many of the products you find become winners, and how much advertising spend can we profitably deploy behind them?
