Job Description DN Solutions America is seeking a Product Sales Manager to lead the growth of our Digital Manufacturing Solutions portfolio, including the iDOO RMS+ Remote Monitoring System and future Industry 4.0 technologies. This role will partner with our dealer network, regional sales managers, product specialists, and customers to identify opportunities, demonstrate value, and support implementation of smart manufacturing solutions that improve productivity, machine utilization, and operational performance. The Product Sales Manager will serve as the subject matter expert for digital manufacturing technologies and play a key role in developing, then expanding DN Solutions' software business across the Americas. Job Responsibilities Subject matter expert for DMS Drive sales of iDOO RMS+ and future digital products by: Support Regional Sales Managers and distributors during customer visits. Conduct software demonstrations and technical presentations. Train dealers and internal sales teams on digital manufacturing solutions. Develop ROI analyses and business cases for customers. Identify strategic opportunities within existing machine tool accounts. Coordinate implementation support with technical teams. Gather customer feedback to influence future product development. Represent DN Solutions at trade shows, open houses, and customer events. Maintain deep knowledge of Industry 4.0 trends, AI applications, and manufacturing software. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Information Systems, or equivalent field experience. 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing technology, industrial automation, machine tools, manufacturing software, or Industrial IoT. General knowledge of: CAD/CAM Machine monitoring OEE OPC UA MTConnect MES ERP integrations Excellent presentation and communication skills. Ability to travel approximately 50%. Experience working with distributors or dealer networks is highly desirable. Desired Characteristics Consultative sales 7 business development approach. Strong business acumen and analytical skills. Passion for digital transformation in manufacturing. Self-motivated and comfortable working across multiple departments. Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both executives and shop-floor personnel.
