The Role The Product & Service Designer will be part of Holafly's Innovation Lab and will be responsible for exploring, designing, and validating new business opportunities and end-to-end experiences for travelers. This role exists to translate market signals, research inputs, and emerging ideas into tangible, desirable, viable, and testable concepts capable of evolving into new product or service lines for the company. Key Responsibilities Lead discovery processes and end-to-end service design for new Innovation Lab initiatives. Design and prototype product and service concepts, from journey maps and service blueprints to low- and high-fidelity prototypes. Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions with internal stakeholders (Product, Business, Marketing, C-level) and external users. Collaborate with the research team on hypothesis validation through rapid experiments, proof of concepts, and qualitative and quantitative research. Translate research learnings into actionable opportunities and strategic recommendations for the business. Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to assess the technical and business feasibility of designed concepts. Document and communicate the process and outcomes of each innovation initiative clearly, for both technical and non-technical audiences. Qualifications 4+ years of experience in Product Design, Service Design, or hybrid UX roles. Solid experience with Design Thinking methodologies, Service Design (blueprints, journey maps), and hypothesis validation (Lean/Agile). Proven ability to facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions with cross-functional teams. Experience collaborating with research teams on qualitative and quantitative research. Expert command of Figma and rapid prototyping tools. Ability to present and defend design decisions in both English and Spanish. Bonus Points Prior experience in innovation labs, incubators, or new business units (0 to 1). Knowledge of strategy and business models (Business Model Canvas, Value Proposition Design). Familiarity with AI tools applied to ideation and prototyping. Experience in the travel, telecommunications, or connectivity industry.
