Product Sourcing Specialist - 1,850/mo + $1,000 per product launch (Remote)

This job requires only two things:

1. You have a real sourcing background. You’ve personally taken products from supplier search to delivered goods, negotiated MOQ and price with factories yourself, and you’re comfortable messaging a dozen or more suppliers in a day.
2. You’re a hustler. You work hard, go above and beyond, and love to learn.
   

• You’re looking for an easy job.

• You plan to keep another job or clients on the side. This is a single-job commitment.
• Sourcing and launching 15 products at the same time sounds scary.
  

We’re a seven-figure Amazon brand and you’ll work directly with me, the founder and product designer.

The loop you’ll run, over and over:

• Give initial feedback on the product design mock-up
• Find and vet factories (mostly China: Alibaba, 1688, and beyond).
• Negotiate price, MOQ, and terms.
• Manage samples and revisions until the product is right.
• Work towards favorable unit economics with freight quotes, HTS research, and calculating FBA shipping costs.
• Coordinate with our inventory manager for the initial PO and see the product through to check-in at our US warehouse.
• Measure the variance between the actual landed cost and your estimates
  

• $1,850 / month base
• + $1,000 bonus for every product that launches

A launch means the product has passed clear unit economic goals, is ordered, and is checked into our US warehouse or FBA. 15 launches in your first 90 days means $15,000 in bonuses on top of base. Last year I launched 4 products, on my own.
