Aurora Global Colors Oy is looking for a Product & Supplier Quality Specialist to join our international team.
This is a great opportunity for an early-career technical professional interested in product quality, suppliers, technical documentation and regulatory compliance.
You will work with international suppliers and customers, with a particular focus on qualifying and developing new suppliers in Asia. You will also help ensure that product documentation and compliance information is accurate, complete and up to date.
What you will do:
Maintain and organise technical and regulatory product documentation, including TDS/PDS, SDS, REACH statements, declarations of compliance and CoAs.
Communicate with suppliers to collect and follow up on technical, quality and compliance information.
Support supplier qualification and evaluation, particularly for new Asian suppliers.
Support quality investigations, CAPA and change control activities.
Assist with product quality issues, technical comparisons and customer questions.
Research relevant regulatory requirements and support customer documentation requests.
Help develop more systematic processes for supplier qualification, documentation and quality management.
Work closely with suppliers, customers and our international team.
What we are looking for:
A degree in chemistry, polymers, materials science, chemical engineering or a related technical/scientific field.
Strong organisational and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
Interest in technical products, quality and regulatory requirements.
Ability to work independently, take ownership and follow tasks through to completion.
Good communication skills and good written and spoken English.
Russian is an advantage; Estonian, Lithuanian or Latvian is a plus.
Previous experience in quality, technical documentation, regulatory affairs or supplier management will be an advantage
Most importantly, you are curious, structured and willing to learn. You should be comfortable asking questions, researching unfamiliar topics and working with international suppliers.
