Job Description This is a remote position. Description: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Product/Inventory Specialist to join our team remotely on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing product listings on various e-commerce platforms, ensuring that all product information is accurate and up-to-date, and driving sales through effective listing strategies and supplier coordination. This role is open to candidates from anywhere. Responsibilities The Product/Inventory Specialist will coordinate with suppliers for product details, pricing, and availability, and create and manage accurate product listings on e-commerce platforms like Magento. They will also collaborate with stock keepers to update pricing information. Managing online marketplaces such as Noon, Amazon, Facebook, Google, and Instagram is essential. This includes preparing products for social media sales, tracking inventory levels, updating stock status, and managing reordering processes. The specialist will develop and implement sales strategies through optimized product listings and promotions. Customer engagement is a key responsibility, involving handling inquiries and providing support to enhance the buying experience. The specialist will organize and maintain product information, use Excel for inventory tracking and sales analysis, and collaborate with designers to create marketing content. They will also respond to customer questions via web chat or email promptly. Requirements We are seeking a Product/Inventory Specialist with proven experience in e-commerce product listing, inventory management, and sales, specifically with Magento as an admin. The candidate should have strong knowledge of IT products, hardware, and software, and familiarity with Noon, Amazon, Facebook, Google, and Instagram marketplaces . Strong communication and organizational skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are essential. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and efficiently handle filing systems and product categories. Creative collaboration skills are required to work with designers on marketing content. Experience in customer support through web chat or email is also necessary. This remote role requires the candidate to have their own PC or laptop, a headset, Outlook, Excel, and a reliable internet connection. Fluency in English is a must.
