Their team supports a wide range of commercial clients by delivering custom signage, print production, and large-scale visual communication solutions while continuously evolving their workflows through AI-assisted design, automation, and technology-driven production processes. About the Role We are hiring an independent, organized professional who enjoys production work, follows instructions well, communicates proactively, and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work. You don't need to be a senior designer, we're looking for someone eager to learn, reliable, and comfortable working with existing designs. This role focuses on adapting existing artwork, preparing print-ready files, maintaining organized digital assets, and supporting e-commerce content updates. This is an execution-focused role,not a creative design position. You'll work closely with the Art Director, following established workflows and receiving training on internal processes. Key Responsibilities Adapt and resize existing artwork for print production Update client files, including logos, text, and layouts Prepare production-ready files following print specifications Maintain organized file structures and asset libraries Upload and manage product images and content for online stores Communicate daily with the Art Director via Google Meet, Slack, and email 2+ years of experience in production design, graphic design, or print production Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator Basic to intermediate Adobe Photoshop skills Experience resizing, updating, and preparing existing artwork Understanding of print fundamentals (CMYK/RGB, bleed, resolution) Advanced spoken and written English Strong organization, attention to detail, and reliability Availability to work Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM Pacific Time Nice to Have Experience with large-format printing, signage, or print shops Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, or digital asset management Exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, or Canva AI Full-time remote position $1,500–$1,800 USD per month Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM Pacific Time PTO and U.S. holidays Long-term growth opportunity Eligibility Criteria: This position is only open to candidates residing in Latin American (LATAM) countries, such as: Applications from candidates outside LATAM (including the U.S. and other regions) will not be considered.
