Short Intro and About the Job Danone Türkiye is looking for a talented colleague for the " Production Executive (Sapanca)" Take this opportunity to GROW together! In this role, you will be responsible for: Ensure full compliance with Occupational Safety, Food Safety and Quality standards across production and maintenance operations. Monitor production lines’ performance, ensure progress against planned targets, and manage KPIs effectively. Identify, report and address process nonconformities; participate in corrective and preventive action (CAPA) decisions. Plan, monitor and evaluate daily production and maintenance results; support employee training, performance and discipline processes. Analyze underperforming indicators and define necessary improvement actions. Ensure accurate identification of line stoppages, bottlenecks and root causes. Oversee correct material usage, loss control and adherence to production prescriptions. Provide a safe, clean and well-organized working environment; guide employees on proper equipment and resource usage. Monitor the quality of raw materials and finished products. Manage material flow, process efficiency and equipment utilization to maximize operational effectiveness. Track material and spare part orders and support maintenance planning. Ensure compliance with Quality Management System, Food Safety Management System, Halal requirements and customer-specific regulations. Support the creation, update and maintenance of procedures and documentation for all Quality and Management Systems. Ensure employees receive required trainings and that all training activities are properly documented. Support audits in production and maintenance areas and implement corrective actions when deviations occur. Preparing contractor work specifications, evaluating price offers, and submitting contract proposals to management. About You To be able to successful in the role, you need to have: Graduated from the engineering faculties, Maximum 3 years of experience in production and maintenance, Having at least 2 years of experience in the FMCG sector, knowing the food processing conditions and hygiene rules and being able to enforce them, Proficient in MS Office Programs, SAP, PowerBI, Strong command of the English language, Demonstrated proficiency in project management and visual presentation skills, Residing in Kocaeli or Sakarya Knowledge of OPEX and CAPEX budget tracking is an asset About Us, We offer and What's next Being a Danoner means that you create your own working experience.
