What You Do
- Monitor together with the teams on a daily basis all applications and infrastructure of a region.
- Work with multiple global and local teams to resolve incidents, improve operations and provide feedback and suggestions to application architects for the continuous improvement of applications availability, resiliency and performance.
- In charge of the performance of the applications, works together with the customers on improvement plans.
- First and single point of contact for the customer in terms of infra or application issues (e.g. incidents/outages, management escalations).
- Leading the “crisis room” with the technical teams in case of an emergency.
- Works together with local CTO and application architects hand-in-hand on cost improvement measures.
- Works with the different functions to also oversee the financial relationship with the customers.
- The production management expert should support in the decommissioning processes.
What You Bring
- Solid IT background with extensive operational experience in application and/or infrastructure environments, with a proven ability to ensure service continuity and production stability.
- International working experience with a strong track record in transformational and high-impact projects.
- Proficiency in Cloud technologies and platforms, including containerization, cloud-native architectures and cloud migration strategies.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies with hands-on experience working in Agile teams or supporting Agile transformation initiatives.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to translate operational data into actionable insights.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, coordinating interactions across multiple teams and acting as a mediator to resolve critical issues and drive alignment.
- Proven ability to interact and communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives.
- Degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical thinking skills, with fluency in both Italian and English (written and spoken).

- Starting annual compensation from 66,000 €
